Looking for a Christmas gift for your team orclients that is useful, personal and good for the planet? A notebook with your logo is one of the few gifts people actually use, every day, long after the holidays. And when it’s made without trees, it tells a story about your brand too.

In this article you’ll find why a notebook works so well as a Christmas gift and what it costs.

Why a notebook makes a great Christmas gift

Many Christmas gifts end up in a drawer. A notebook doesn’t. People use it in meetings, on the train and at home, so your brand stays visible all year long.

A notebook also fits everyone. It doesn’t matter whether you’re giving it to 25 colleagues or 2,500 clients. Moreover, you can make it as personal as you like: your logo on the cover, your own message on the first page, or a fully custom design.

“As a travel brand we want to delight our customers by surprising them each year with a small Christmas gift. A notebook made out of stone paper was the perfect sustainable option. The collaboration was great and our customers felt really special.”

A gift people actually talk about

Hand someone a notebook and tell them the paper is made from stone. Watch what happens: they feel the pages, they’re surprised how silky smooth it is, and they want to know more. Pour a little water on it and it stays dry.

Hand someone a notebook and tell them it’s made from agricultural waste, aka plant paper. You’ll spot the same surprise and excitement, because to be able to use paper without trees, always makes for a great story.

That’s the difference between a gift and a gift with a story. Your colleagues and clients don’t just receive a notebook. They receive something they’ll show to others, and that story is connected to your brand.

And yes, it’s genuinely sustainable: made without trees, from stone waste or agricultural leftovers, by a certified B Corp. So it’s a gift your company can be proud of, without any greenwashing.

How our clients make it personal

Initials on every notebook

Add the initials of each recipient to their notebook. It turns a company gift into a personal one, and nobody mixes up their notebook with someone else’s.

Gift-wrapped with a custom pen

""

Many of our clients wrap each notebook in a gift box together with a pen. It’s ready to use the moment it’s unwrapped, and it looks like a gift that was chosen with care.

A fresh start in January

Some teams don’t hand out their notebooks before Christmas, but in the first week of January. A new notebook for a new year: a blank page for new plans and goals. It’s a great way to kick off the year together.

A welcome gift for new colleagues

Order a few extra and keep them ready for new employees. A notebook with your logo on their desk on day one makes everyone feel welcome straight away.
