What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum for all custom products is 250 pieces. Looking for smaller quantities? Our Essentials line is available directly from our webshop, without minimum requirements.
How long does production take?
From design approval to delivery: 2 to 5 weeks. Hardcover notebooks and notepads ship within 3 to 5 weeks. Softcover within 2 to 4 weeks. We ship worldwide.
Can I see a mock-up before ordering?
Always. We create a free mock-up of your design before anything goes into production. You can also use our notebook builder to visualise your concept first.
What can I customise?
Full colour outside cover, inside cover, flyleaf, elastic band, reading ribbon, foil stamping or embossing. For orders of 1,000 pieces or more: full custom book block throughout.
Is the stone paper actually waterproof?
Rockbooks are 100% waterproof and tear-resistant — you can write in the rain. Leafbooks are not waterproof, but offer a premium quality writing experience that is indistinguishable from traditional paper.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have worked with brands across Europe, North America, Asia and beyond for over ten years. Lead times depend on your location relative to our production facility.
