2018 is for new Resolutions!
Happy 2018, Rockstars!
We wish you a rocking good one, of course.
And eh, how about those new years resolutions? Did you make those as well?
This month, we’ll pay some extra attention to new years resolutions at On The Rocks.
I think I’ve made new years resolutions every year ever since I could write. It would give me a good reason to start a fresh new notebook to help me keep my goals. My experience? Writing them down not magically makes them the new truth. Oh, if only it were that easy. But still, it just feels so good to just indulge in the feeling that maybe, just maybe, this year will be the year in which you suddenly make all your dreams come true, quit all bad habits and become a better version of yourself.
You know what – if you are anything like me in this respect, remind yourself that a small change is also a change worth celebrating. Every random act of kindness done is one more then none. And every day of eating healthy is, well, a day of healthier living.
A notebook can in fact be of assistance in keeping to your resolutions. You only have to know how to use it. And we’ll dive in to find out just which techniques might work best.
Of course that not only applies to resolutions, but to any change in behaviour that you are striving towards.
We’ll also discuss most commonly made resolutions and how to stick to those specific resolutions. And we will suggest some cool ways to make 2018 a year to remember, for example by doing more Random Acts of Kindness.
For now, yay for this new year, a fresh clean slate – anything can happen!
Rock on!
